We are looking for “High Quality” Brass Model Train Photos

Our website is devoted fully to Brass Model Trains. We have amassed a large volume of photographs that we will continue to upload. Some are viewable in the Gallery Section of our website. However, we realize that we may not have photos available for every model ever made. Thus, we would like to encourage you to send us your “high quality” digital images so that we can provide them to the Brass Guide Community to view. Below we have listed the criteria for sending us photos. Please note that any photos sent will then become the property of Brass Guide, Inc. for use on its website and other related information resources.

1). Image size must be 640 x 440 pixels or larger with a 3mb file size limitation. (The larger the better)

2). Acceptable formats are jpg, jpeg or tiff. (for tiff. files please call us for upload instructions)

3). Include a minimum of 2 photos, if possible -

        a. The front of the box that the model came in (to help verify the data).

        b. The model itself and any additional photos.

4). Send the file by email with your pictures attached (3 mb maximum) to photos@brassguide.com

5). All files submitted will become the property of Brass Guide, Inc. We will only be able to use high quality images in the Photo Gallery so please only send the  best images. If you want to send a sample of an image in order to verify the quality that we will accept, then please make sure to include the word “SAMPLE” in the subject line of your email. We will then notify you if it is acceptable or not.
